1.3 Bonus Activation

2. Welcome Package — Casino

The luckyzap casino welcome package is spread across your first four qualifying deposits, allowing you to build bonus value progressively rather than exhausting a single offer in one session. The total package is worth up to €4,000 in bonus funds plus 400 Free Spins.

2.1 Welcome Package Wagering Requirements

• Each stage of the welcome package carries a wagering requirement of 40× the bonus amount received.
• Game contribution rates toward wagering are as follows:

• The maximum bet permitted while a bonus is active is €5 / 50 SEK per spin or round. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings accrued from it.

2.2 Free Spins — Welcome Package

• Free Spins are awarded at each stage of the welcome package as detailed in the table above.
• Free Spins will be credited to your account following the qualifying deposit and bonus activation for the relevant stage.
• Winnings generated from Free Spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant stage.

3. High Roller Bonus

4. Live Casino Welcome Bonus

5. Sports Welcome Package

6.6 Comboboost (Sportsbook)

7. Wagering Requirements — Summary

7.1 Game Contribution Rates

• Slots: 100% contribution toward wagering requirements.

8. Deposits, Withdrawals & Bonus Interactions

8.2 Withdrawal Limits & Processing

• The minimum withdrawal amount is €40 / 400 SEK (or equivalent in crypto).
• Card withdrawals (Visa/Mastercard) are capped at €5,000 / 50,000 SEK per transaction.
• All withdrawals are processed within two banking days.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until all applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses have been satisfied, unless the player has forfeited the active bonus.

8.3 Currency Conversion & Crypto

• Crypto deposits must be withdrawn as crypto. luckyzap does not permit fiat-to-crypto or crypto-to-fiat conversion for withdrawal purposes. Fiat deposits must be withdrawn via a fiat method.
• Bonus values and limits are expressed in EUR. SEK equivalents are as stated in the relevant promotional terms. Other currency conversions are applied at the rate used by your payment provider.

9. Identity Verification (KYC)

• luckyzap uses Sum and Substance to conduct automated KYC checks. This process does not require manual email exchanges and is designed to be completed promptly.
• Players may be required to complete KYC verification before bonus funds are released, before withdrawals are processed, or at any point at luckyzap's discretion in line with its obligations under its Curaçao GCB licence.
• Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in the suspension of bonus eligibility and the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is satisfactorily completed.
